- Bad smell outside the hotel (from septic tank) and from water tap (repeated issue) -Not a good service at Soul Coffee Shop. For breakfast is too much delayed and not availability of breakfast after 11am -Swimming pool is very cold and doesn't have heaters (repeated issue) -I've asked for extra blanket and not provided

Carpet smell, leaky bathroom, tv was horrible with no channels or access.

The cleanest facility in buraimi. Spacious hotel and we booked a suite for a family of 4. It was a short stay, but the staff were friendly, the rooms clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable. The hotel had dedicated parking. Looking forward to my next stay.

The cleanless of the room. There are used things and didn't change. There is no towels at the bathroom. The music outside was very loud.

Nothing to be liked in such hotel and such a management. My advice for all booking customer if u want to visit Burimi to book in Sohar or go to Al-Ain in UAE to avoid such humility in such hotel.

No respect for customer value and no professionalism in managing hotel business. We paid the full amount of money for two suites and they kept us waiting in the reception for more than an hour for the first suite and for more than two hours for the second suite which is totally unacceptable and waisted our money. Outdated furnitures with broken chair in some rooms and even the bathroom bidet is broken for the main room and no bath slippers. No body responds for the complains to fix the things. We asked for bell captain to take our luggage from the room to check out and we waited for 30 minutes with nobody showing up, finally me and my wife we took all our luggage down to the reception and then to the car. Totally irresponsible management running the hotel with no care. My advice for all booking customer to book in Sohar or go to Al-Ain in UAE to avoid such humility in such hotel.
